Do I have to be on the video call?
No. You can join, send a family member, or skip the call and read the report. Either way you get the same written report.
What if the time difference is awkward?
Tell us your time zone and we'll suggest visit times that let you join without getting up at 3am.
Can you deal with the seller or agent for me?
Yes. Share their number and we'll arrange access to the property with them directly.
Which cities do you cover?
Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Karachi, Multan, Peshawar, Gujranwala, Sialkot, and other cities on request. Ask us on WhatsApp if yours isn't listed.
Can I get a stability certificate as well?
Yes. If the structure is sound, we can issue a signed structural stability certificate alongside the report.
