What we check

We inspect the parts of a house that cost the most to fix and are the hardest to see, using non-destructive tests that don't damage the property.
Load-bearing walls, columns, beams and RCC slabs. We tell you which cracks are cosmetic and which are structural.
Roofs, bathrooms, water tanks and the DPC level: where water is getting in and what it's damaging.
A tapping test finds hollow floors and soil that has washed away under the slab.
DB box, wiring, switches and sockets. Anything that's a shock or fire risk.
Leaks, drains, manholes and wastewater that could be reaching the foundation.
Live mud tubes, hollow wood and damaged door frames, cupboards and wardrobes.
Tiles, plaster, woodwork and paint. What's cosmetic and what's covering a problem.
